Hi everyone and a Happy New Year!!! I haven't written in awhile as have been on a major food binge and could not stop eating everything in sight. Food really is an addiction for me - I do great for awhile but then ... If it ever stops snowing here I hope to get out more to walk but another winter storm tonight. Going to drink a bottle of water and get to bed.
