Not a good week to try something new. Tom is here and now I don't know how well it worked. But since tomorrow we're going out for brunch I might as well try it again. I haven't been eating too healthy but still under my RDI. The 199 mark has been quite elusive. Hope to hit it next week. Amazing what a Little Tylenol will do! I took some yesterday for my headache and the pain in my knee that had me limping is totally GONE. Back to the gym on Monday.
