So... no changes in weight again this week, but I did meet with my trainer today and the first thing he said to me was "OMG... I know we've only been meeting for 5 weeks, but how much weight have you lost?" to which I answered... "NONE MIKE NONE!" He didn't believe me. :)

Not sure what's happening but I guess things are shifting around!

On the food and eating side of things, I'm starting to slip again with recording what I eat. So I need to try and keep vigilant. I've also reserved myself to the fact that I really really love food. So, the focus has to be clean eating and portion control.

Well T - that must have made you feel good -even though the scale is being an A-hole your trainor sees a difference- so good on ya. And I hear ya regarding the recording food- I try and do it on a daily basis but sometimes the evening eating gets missed. OOOps. All we can do is try our best. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours
