Well, today was simple awful! I'm acid reflux kicked in. I hadden't felt that bad in quite awhile. I felt sluggish and tired. Ended up taking a nap withthe my son. He was sick last night with a stomach bug. So no school for him. He was so tired, he NEVER naps. Now I'm still up, he had to such a hard time falling asleep. I'm not looking forward to an Indulgence day any time soon! Hahaha. I will Probably do it Sunday again as a Friend complained I NEVER invite him to go eat out. Truth is, we don't do it too often. But going out with friends is always a good reason to do it. I weighted myself a few times during the day. I was curious at to my body would do. I went down 203 in the afternoon and back to 204 after dinner. I'm at 203.5 just before bed. I wonder how low will I be on Sunday. I well have to rely once diet alone for awhile. I'm afarid I will have to go to a doctor to have my injuries checked out. Will Probably try swimming at the gym, luckily they have a pool. I miss working out, but my knee is quite bad. Off to bed now.

Wow, acid reflux isn't fun. I bet it is hard to eat like that (even for a day) when you've been used to eating so much less and different types of food. Very interested to see that you are already dropping the Indulgence Day weight. I can't wait to see what you are by Sunday! I bet you will have broken the 200 barrier! Sorry to hear about your knee. I have foot problems and I can only do recumbent bike and swimming. Can't walk/run or put much weight on my foot. Take it easy, definitely go see the doc and let yourself heal!

It was hard but I'm feeling much better now. The weight seems to be coming off fast. I've been in my bathroom more than usual. Oh my, If I hit 199 I will doing a happy dance. If I hit it on Friday it would be 30a pounds in 3 months. If I can keep it up, I'll go broken shopping on black friday! Hahaha. I tried to be careful with injuries, but I was more concerned about my ankle. I injured it about 3 years ago and it took about 2 to feel completely well. As soon as the pain goes down I will try swimming and classes in the pool, at least for awhile. So far the scale looks good. I'm glad to be back to orange. That goal seemed a bit elusive at times. Now I can dream about yellow! The 4th of Julo would be a great target day! I hope the results don't get skewed by bloating....ughhhh. what is recumbent bike? I've never heard that term before.

A recumbent bicycle is a bicycle that places the rider in a laid-back reclining position. Most recumbent riders choose this type of design for ergonomic reasons; the rider's weight is distributed comfortably over a larger area, supported by back and buttocks. It is a more comfortable position, in my opinion, than sitting on top of a bike. I may just have to try an Indulgence day to get me moving again. I am so tired of being stuck at this weight. I really want to break the 200 barrier SOON! Good luck on dropping into the 190's by Saturday!

Give it a shot, I think it's worth a try. Just do all the calculations. Get your new RDI here and then go to King's blog. His explenation is pretty good. If you can't find it, ask me. I did my RDI with the lowest level of activity and the highest loss goal. FS is quite generous with the calories. If you can't find it here, ask me and I'll give you the Info, Ok? Let's hit those goals!
