Down again this morning. Unfortunately it was to a number I have already seen several times....
I think I need to take a tip from one of my FS buddies and X out my evening ice cream, which seems to be a consistant thing this past few weeks and cut back down on my carbs at dinner. If I can't hit my second goal of an additional 10lbs by April 14th (future sister in law's wedding), then I would at least like to be down in the low 170's or high 160's.
I also neeeeeed to get myself out of bed earleir. I barely had 30 minutes at the gym today, and yes I know anything is better than nothing but I need more. Tonight is bootcamp. I think I have finally gotten my BFF back in exercise mode. Just in time for me to decide that I need to put in more effort in the morning and dial it back a few days a week in the afternoon. I have a very needy fiance and need to work on him getting used to being at home alone. I can't be gone late every night.
On a good note, my water consumption is back where it should be. Hopefully that will help. That and not binge drinking this weekend. I guess we will just have to see how that goes :)

That keeps happening to me too. I just can't seem to get to my goal weight. I get close, but bounce back every time. I need to watch my weekend meals. I tend to let loose a little too much.

I'm having the same ups and downs. A couple weeks ago I was 2 lbs away and now my weight is back up again, about 5 lbs to go. What gives? Sticktoitness.... that's what it is!!! We'll get there, yes we will!

At least your down :-) I am a sucker for my sweets too! I told myself today that I was going to have to STOP doing that! My be we should both try a week without any and see what it does for us!

ha, avoiding binge drinking didn't work for me. last weekend was my first totally booze-free in a while. and i gained weight. i think i need a few beers i guess. good luck. and yes, studies do show we need plenty of sleep. i need to work on it too, but it is hard.
