Today I left the Atkins Food Plan, I am going to count calories and try to stay as Low Carb as possible, I am going to try and cut back on the protein because my kidneys are showing signs that they are under stress.
Hopefully I can still lose some more weight.

Hello, 1Sista. I'm truly proud that you've lost so much to this point. Whoo! I would suggest avoiding all processed foods and potatoes. I gave up pasta, non-whole grain bread, and potatoes last September, with just a little backsliding, mostly on bread, and I find that I don't really miss them. I see a weight doctor and his assistant, and they treat non-starchy vegetables as free calories, calories not included in the daily count. A lot of what I've lost with starchy vegetables I've gained by using more beans. Works for me. I wish you lots of luck on losing more. Again, WOW!

Awww bless your heart...I think you can still lose..maybe not as fast but you need to take care of your kidneys..thats for sure..I'm rooting for ya girl...:O)
