Time to write a bit. It think I might be pushing myself too hard at the gym. I 've been dealing with an injury on my shoulder. So it was all legs and abs today with PT. So I ended up with this horrible pinched nerve. Took something for it so it feels better now. Tomorrow looks promising as far as weight goes. I didn't go up tonight.

Maybe I will take it easy tomorrow, depending on how I feel when I get up. 14 days stuck, hopefully it's over. So frustrating. Good night. :)
