Today started off great. I am getting some flexibility back! At my heaviest, I tweaked my hip and lost most of my flexibility. I could barely lift my leg straight out, or rotate it forward.
After 1 week of exercise, this morning I bent my foot to my knee w/o pain, and before I even knwew it, my sock was on!!!!
I feel so strong and proud of myself. It is feeling that has not been around in a long time!!!
