I think I enjoyed the holiday a little to much lol. I was sick with the flu for 6 days ughh...... and ate very little and of course did no exercise so the weight gain was expected...But its getting out of here. I will get back on track since I now have an appetitie again and work my way back in the gym. I went yesterday and pushed to hard and almost passed out...a little to much too soon...So we are taking it nice and slow and the pounds will go.......Have a great day everyone.

You are in the right mind set...you can do this. Take it easy until you are back to feeling 100% and then kick this in the butt! Have a great Holiday!

I'm so sorry you were sick but I'm glad you are feeling better. Don't even worry about your exercising. Like you said, take it slow. Your body is probably still trying to recover from that flu. Stick to the diet and just do a little exercise at a time. Remember, you also want to be healthy (not JUST skinny). Merry Christmas! :)
