The scale is finally moving down again. I had a vera good workout yesterday with my PT. So good I'm in a lot of pain today. I had to stick to legs and abs. Last week I injured my shoulder while doing boot camp and it was getting worse. Been having a hard time driving and it hurts when I toss in bed. I Hope it goes away soon.
No gym today, I needed to rest, but I don't like it. The next day is so much harder to hit the gym again. I will have to go early in the morning as my son has baseball practice early in the afternoon. Happy TOM will be gone soon. Too much bloating and headaches. I'm hoping I can still loose 9my pounds by the end of the month.
