Wow reading everyone comments on my last entry was realy encouraging. I got some great and Ideas and the motivation was wonderful. Tahnk you!

I tried a couple of work out DVD's and to be honest with you I dont have the attention span to try and learn all those moves. I have a gym in my apartment buolding and have been going there for the last three days (Consistenetly) I just need to figure out how to life weights (Either the free weights I have at my house or on the machine downstairs)

I CAN do this, I WILL do this

P.S. I'm doing really good with my two weeks sugar free drinks challenege. I realzied just now that I had a glass of choclate milk the other day, didnt even realize it was sugary. Wont do it again though!
