Oh we have an unexpected suprise! SNOW about an inch...WOW! Tuesday: good diet day yesterday but up ever so slightly..UMMMM. oh well this to will change. Loving this new ..temporary job I have. I am doing microscopy in a hospital lab. and possibly a chance to work in microbiology. Exciting but such stress. I really tough to change gears at this stage in my life..but I learned something about myself, I can do it and I didnt die. Sometimes change is good. treadmill this morning and I feel like I am making progress on getting in shape for my walk on the applatchia trail during the month of june. Ok guys . the best breakfast ever, poached egg, asparagus and lentils. so good and so filling. good luck on this diet day to all.
