Weight keeps on going up BUT the fat percentage is at 42% Can't complaing too much about that. Hopefully the bloating will go away soon. I'm getting frustrated with these fluctuations. I've been a bit out of control with my eating. I just seem to not been able to stop nibbling on something. Yesterday my son didn't have school so we went to the museum with his friends. Had big salad and a white bean salad. It didn't seem like it had that many calories as I recorded. Still I left it like that. Big breakfast this morning. We had the "spring breakfast" at my son's school. I would much rather stick to my routine. Thursday another event. And the week after next we have spring break. I still don't kknow how I'll stick to my routine then.
