I have been very slack with logging my food, and writing in my journal. Well, today is a new day. I must have been doing something right because I was 169.6 lbs this morning...Finally in the 160's...wooohooo. I can't say I was perfect while I wasn't here but I was at least fairly good with my eating. "Aunt Flo" also made a visit and she is still here so maybe I will see even a bigger loss after she vacates....only time will tell.
Not much going on. We are getting a streak of warm weather. This week it is going to be in the 60's everyday which is definitely not the norm for March. I hope it sticks around. I am definitely more active with the warmer weather then add daylight savings to it and I am sure I am a lot more active. Spring and summer here I come!
Work is work. Would rather not work but the paycheck is a necessity so I think I will still go in....LOL. Same stress different day is what I say (at least when I am at work...would rather use another "s" word...LOL)
Walked 40 minutes at lunch yesterday. One of those rare days when I actually had 1 hour for lunch. I will try to take a walk today too. If I don't get to do it (or even if I do) I will walk my dog after work on the trail nearby. I find when I get in some form of exercise I always see a drop on the scale the next day. Who would have thought eating right and exercise helps you lose weight ;)....LOL.
