Already feeling better. :)
I've made 2 food discoveries this week that I've enjoyed -- frozen "riced" cauliflower that can be steamed in the bag, and chia seeds soaked in diet fruit juice (I used the V8 Splash), then mixed half and half with greek yogurt, for a healthy sweet treat. I actually took pics of both of them and thought I might start doing this as part of my journal entry every week.
