I guess today was my rest day. I was hoping I could go to the gym but I was way too busy. More work on the elevator lobbys in the building. So, lots of shopping today. Totally loving Ikea, it's looking quite good considering how little we've spent. Lots of walking!

I'm falling off the wagon as far as keeping my carbs under 20 grms. But I'm still finding it hard to eat enough calories. I guess my problem has never been how much I eat, but the crappy food I was eating. I haven't been hungry at all. The last 2 days I've felt I can't stop nibbling. But since I'm eating better I 'm not adding too much to my calorie count and I do record every single thing I put in my mouth.

I don't expect the scale to move tomorrow. But it is amazing how loose my cloths are. My neck grew about an inch!
And in the last few days I've lost over 2 inches in my waist. I can see how my arms and shoulders are looking much thinner. Then my butt it's quite a different story. My son says it looks like an air bag!!! He's the only person on earth that can say that and get a smile and a kiss out of me. Ok, time for bed. Tomorrow we have a birthday part and our friends make the best cake! I will extra hard at the gym, I guess. I have no will power. I know I will have some. I don't mind woring it off at the gym though.
