Another busy day. Today I had an extra hour so I decide I wasn't going to leave the gym 'till I burned 1,000 calories, and I did. The only drawback to it is that I've got the munchies. I can't stop eating and I'm way over my max. Carb allowance. Still relatively low on my RDI. We'll see how that goes. Hopefully there will be a happy number for me on the scale. I haven't been this low in 6 years. I'm really happy about that. It was such a wonderful day in Chicago, so we did walk with the kid to the park. I definetly need to go grocery shopping. Not enough thing low in carbs in my fridge.
tough day as far as eating. Hope tomorrow is better. No workout with PT as we have to do some more work for the building. I Hope to get it in in the afternoon.
