I went to Jack in the Box a couple of days ago for lunch. They have the calories in the food printed right next to the little picture up on the board. Man, most combo meals have more calories than I eat in an entire DAY.
I got the grilled chicken strips, a side salad, lite dressing and an ice tea. I stayed within my calorie budget, got a nice helping of protein in and left feeling satisfied.
It can be done. :)

Trust me, the trip to that place was a true rarity for me. I think that was why I was so shocked to see how many calories are in a tiny little burger! If I have to hit a fast food joint, Subway is my number one pick. Unfortunately, it is on the other end of town. :(

I've never been to Jack in the Box...we do have one here, but not in my town...we do have a Subway & it's my favorite choice...my family is tired of eating there, but I don't want to have A&W or McD's...so sometimes I stop at both...get the healthier choice for me and they can have the not so healthy choice...although I do urge them to eat better, it has to be their choice...Booster Juice is another decent choice & they have a binder you can look through before you order...24oz smoothie that has 25g of protein and 370cal...nice!! and quite tasty to boot... Later.
