What a busy day! Another 2 hours + shopping at Ikea for the building. After an intense workout that left me quite achy. Then 2 games of bowling with the kid and our friends. Then setting up the stuff we got at the lobby on our floor. It looks great for what we spent, all the neighbors liked it a lot. So we'll have to go get 2 more sets for the other floors. I was so active that once more I managed to go over 4,000 calories without even trying too hard. I did have a very small piece of pizza that my son ordered. That put me over 20grms. of net carbs. Will be interesting to see what will happen since I didn't loose today. My Friend said the 21other pounds show, mostly on my stomach. She has managed to lose 94 in 2 years, I don't have that patience. I'm hoping I get there in 1.
