Bad food day yesterday. So bad I would rather not even think about it. The Carb monster showed up and didn't want to leave. I was so bad yesterday that I didn't even log any food. I didn't even weigh myself this morning. I am sure that it will show enough damage on the scales tomorrow so why add "insult to injury". I am back on track this morning. Logged my anticipated food intake for today so I am getting back on the horse with my head hanging low in shame. Small step but at least a step. OK enough about food.

Productive weekend. Ran errands on Saturday. Raked A LOT of leaves yesterday and even did some landscaping (removed two big bushes and a mammoth tall decorative grass). Yes we are the crazy people that do landscaping in March in Upstate NY (while it is snowing of course)....lol. We had high winds here on Saturday and if you could have seen the mounds of leaves we had in our front yard particularly around the two bushes that we took out you would have been shocked. These bushes had sharp outgrowths on the branches so they attract everything. Two of the bushes (had three...now have a small one only) you couldn't even see with all the leaves covering them. My husband has been wanting to remove the bushes since right after our first fall season here. I finally gave in.

Not much else going on. Once again the weekend is too short. I am going to look into taking a day off in the next three to four week..make it a three day weekend. I hope this week goes better and faster than last week. It is what it is, right?

Gabbie, landscaping while it's snowing? Wow. You must have had quite the kcal burn from that! Glad you had a productive weekend. I think the way the carb monster works is that the more carbs (especially bad carbs) you have, the more you want. Well today is a new day and I'm sure you'll do well. Have a great week.

Carbs without protein for me is like alcohol to the alcoholic. I can sympathize with you on the leaves! I have 3 HUGE FRICKIN tree in my yard and am still trying to clear the leaves from last fall. Sorry to hear you had a bad day. I had a bad week a few weeks back and didn’t log anything. Don’t do as I do, do as I say hehehe, log all your food today:-) Hope this week goes well for you! Give yourself a few days to get on the scale.
