Just got back from the gym, I had a pretty good workout. ZUMBA and then some machines. I've reached 208 and this is the lowest I've reached since my son was born. I can't wait to hit a new low, I'm hoping it will be tomorrow. I'm also guessing I'm about 6 pounds away from orange, it will be exciting to get off the red. Will keep on watching my carbs, it seems to work for me. Was reading about the blood type diet and staying away from gluten makes sense. Will try that.
