Well, Saturday is almost over and I ended up giving in. I had some pasta and wine for dinner so I ended up eating 3 times more than I would have liked. But about half of what I normally do. So we'll see how it goes tomorrow. It was well worth it though. We had an old friend and his kids visiting all afternoon and they stayed for dinner. We had a marvelous afternoon.
