Well, this week has been great. I'm back on track. Staying off the carbs worked wonderfully. Although I cheated!...sort of...I still ate my chocolate covered almonds and some red raspberries. I made sure I didn't go over 20grms of carbs though. I think I'll combine both, calorie and carb control. And of course working out as hard as I can. So I've lost 20 pounds in 57 days. I know I could have done better but it's still good. If I keep it up I will be reaching my goal by x-mas. But wouldn't it be nice a thanksgiving shopping spree for new clothes?

Oh wow, great job! You broke the 210 barrier! Still in a plateau here. Blah! Can't wait till I get below 210. Hopefully soon.....

Try controlling your carbs intake. I found that red raspberries are really low on carbs. Cheating made me realize it's not only about counting calories, the quality does matter. Try it, you need to catch up with me now! And I don't want to do it alone. Another thing that light help, if you are working out, chance what you're doing. Try the rowing machine. Go for 3,000 meterse 500 at a time. My PT says it's the best and you do it in about 20 MIN.
