Now I remember why I didn't want to go on Atkin's! I haven't been feeling too well. Headaches, chills and no energy. I know it only lasts 3 days so I'll try to stick to it. It's working out pretty good on getting rid oficial that excess water I had. For now I'll take it day by day.
