I started the gym challange 4 weeks ago. I'm nowhere near where I wanted to be but loosing 9.5 pounds isn't that bad either. I just have to try harder. I will try to stay away from carbs again tomorrow. I felt so tired all day, so I'm not sure that's the way to go. I will definetly stay under 1,500 as my RDI. Tomorrow I will train with PT I'm hoping I will wake up full off energy.
