Saturday: Good diet day. Grandaughter visit and movies along with non-stop imaginative chatter. I thumbed through a pocket book called Healing Foods, and enjoyed reading about what I should be eating...Anyway it inspired me to bake a yam that i had bought a few weeks ago.
