I think I will start adding a bit more carb to my food plan, like something that has less than 10 g of carbs. I have been reading in the Atkins book and it list a lot of different fruit, in small portions, with less than 10 g. I am really getting tired of just having berries. My blood pressure is up since I retired, don't know if it is because of being home all the time or if all the meat and cheese is doing something to my system, I go see my doctor in about a month, I will ask her. Just letting go a bit. Go RED TEAM, and all of stay strong, we CAN do this.
