It is scary how accurate this weight loss calculator is... it represents exactly how I have lost weight: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/weight-loss-calculator

Wow, I have never seen a better one than that. Apparently if I exercise the same as I have been and eat at my personal caloric goal of 1500, I can lose 8 pounds per month! That's a bit better than the 4-6 I have been getting. Wow... well it looks like I will be doing my best to eat at 1500 at least until that wedding. I have just over two months... so if I lose between 12-16 pounds I will be very happy (163-167.)
