Weighed in a couple of days early with good results! 3lb LOSS! Finally broke through that horrible plateau :)
Did 20 min free weights(arms/shoulders) AND...(drum roll please)DAH-dah-dah-dah-dah-dah-dah-daht! 35 min CARDIO! (treadmill 2.5-incline intervals 2-8)
I haven't been doin' cardio for close to 3wks now--so the drumroll for was mainly for my benefit :D Well, maybe for Jay Jay's too cuz we gots a personal bet ;-)
Plus in time to spare to watch 'Am.Idol' with my youngest :D
