No time for cardio today--housework,grocery shopping,and hours at the laundrymat(washer went *kaput*)took up most of my day...but 13loads of laundry done in 3 hrs-hey! You can't beat that!

But to one of my buds: 3 xs cardio imma goin' to do-cuz I cain't pass up a reasonable triple dare! So BE prepared to do the 'DEED' cuz it won't be ME!HA! I see you the faithful bassett hound type...LOL! Or are you the foo-fooey poodle! No sweat if you get YOUR cardio in!

I didn't journal a couple of days the beginning of FEB. and I DO THINK that it helps me stay on track :) Plus I have grown attached to some of my buds and miss talkin' with them! I really do miss the journeling-comments-support and friendship! So-THANKS everyone!

Busy busy day tomorrow--organizing and spring-cleaning early! Lots to do...Weigh in tomorrow too--no matter what-it's part of the process...

the weigh-in will be fine nomatter what happens. You know what it takes to shed a large amount of weight so I am overly confident that you will ROCK! Keep chugging along buddy.
