Afraid to weigh in today!...woke up with the sheets stampped on my arm, and my watch and ringo are feeling quite tight. I know it's water but still. Ughhhh.

Oh don't you hate when you wake up all swollen like that and you just know....it's gonna be bad! Hopefully it won't last long. Drink lots of water!! :)

It wasn't bad! I can't believe it, still lost half a pound. Today will be hard to stay on track. I had a meeting at school, so I had to have half a chocolate muffin, of course! Going out for lunch with hubby and kid, our belated Vday lunch. And our girls night out with my friends. No workout today as I don't want to do my hair again. I have too much and it takes me almost an hour to do. I'll make it up Sunday, I promise!
