i am supposed to be doing low carbs, i am finding this the most difficult jobs ever. Great job at being able to go that low.

Last few days carbs only under 120g! More discipline! Exercise is great! Insanity is awesome! I find myself having to overcome some fear in order to do some of the movements! I have been so large for so long, I have to push to realize hey I can do that. I have conquered jumping jacks and cross jacks with no modification! Today will be Fit Test 3, I am excited!
