Sweating like crazy after the workout this morning. Feels good:) I have been cramping really bad the last two days and I thought maybe it was because I am spotting the last few days. Which I think that is part of it but I also have been taking this shreddar7x that a trainer told me about and I did not think to look at the ingredients until today and for the last week I have been taking these and would you know they have gluten in them. I had already taken one for today before I tought about it so it will be another day or two till I am back to normal...I hope. Can't believe I did not think to lool at that, plus I am not happy I can not take them anymore. O'well, nothing I can do about it. Not feeling very hungry this morning so I am just going to drink a slim fast for breakfast. Hope everyone is having a good week so far???

:( That stinks! I do not have issues with food allergies or food at all! So I know that has to be awful for you! Glad you know what the issue is though! That's half the battle! Love that your workouts are making you sweat! I love sweating as well! Then I know I'm really working! LOL You have a great day! And thanks for all your cheering, I appreciate it so much!
