Oh my, this weekend was a diet bust. This has been the first time I have gone completely off diet for a few days straight since I got started in the beginning of January. I definitely feel a bit guilty, I just hope it wasn't enough to gain weight this week. I will be good for the rest of the week with food, but I have come down with a nasty cold so I don't know if I will make it to the gym. I really really hope I don't gain this week! I was so excited to be the 170's. All I can do now is move on and do the best I can. Everyone falls, I just need to get back on it. It's a shame that when I'm feeling weak I eat well over 2000 calories on junk. Sigh.
