Well, I've done it.

I've finally decided that I need to take charge and do something with my life. After being on vacation, and looking at the pictures of myself I was absolutely disgusted with myself. When I came back (2 weeks ago) I was 301 lbs, I am now down to 293.4, so I am making progress.

The hardest thing I think is giving up pop (Or soda for the Americans). I used to drink 4-6 a day. I've completely stopped, and so far I'm doing pretty well. I think I have 1 a week or so, at least that's my goal.

I haven't started excercising yet. I ordered turbo jam, and I am SO excited by it. IT comes with the sculpting gloves, and numerous dvds. It looks like so much fun and I cannot wait to get it and start doing it! I love being active. As soon as I got back from vacation I was planning on bringing my dog for walks every day but then he started having pain and could hardly walk so he had surgery to remove an abscess so no walking for a little while.

I keep trying to hurry Summer to get here. I'm much more active in the summer, especially with the pool but right now I just feel so lazy. It's horrible.

Well here we go! Day one on Fat secret. I hope to get the support that I'm looking for. My husband is eating better with me, but he doesn't need to lose any weight so he's not quite as understanding.
