Have to tell you all I had a slip this weekend. Thought a friend was coming over so bought some Hint Of Lime Tositos Wednesday. She backed out and the chips made it until Sunday when I was alone in the house. :( Then went out to Vday dinner and figured whatever, split the fondue for two--which was very tasty. Have to confess, it keeps me honest!

I like that! No guilt! Just a short stop, no need to miss the trip and get stuck in the wrong place. Now back onboard and moving on track. Great attitude! Way to go! Expect a possible three day lull getting back into ketosis (so don't let the scale discourage you) and then you'll be rolling again! Yay!

Thanks for the positive words!! The scale DID discourage me this morning so your comment is a good reminder LOL! And I got right back on the low-carb wagon so I am back on track!
