I just got back from the gym and I'm starving! But the hard work has paid off. 218.5/45.3%...starting weight at gym was 225.8 Having a really good day. Rowed 3,000m. And then did boot camp, pulled my butt but managed to do all the class.

I really like pushing myself at the gym, my biggest problem is getting there. But I've managed to 6 days/week the last 2 weeks. Today was my rest day but still managed to stay quite active. I'm so Gladis the scale is moving again. I have a feeling the next plateau will hit at around 214.
