Tried to add daily yoga to my exercise routine starting Monday but I am finding that when I add an exercise like that, I lose another--i.e. I haven't run or lifted weights at all this week. I guess it's all a matter of balance, but I can't seem to accomplish more than one thing a day. It will take some work!
