I switched to WW. It has worked for me in the past, so I am giving it another try. I haven't been working out the past three weeks, but I am startinganother boot camp session the Monday after Thanksgiving. Hopefullly, the intense workouts will help melt the pounds off. The goal is 125 and holding by Spring Break--CRUISE!!!
