Ran a total about 7.5 miles again this week. I exercised on Sunday, Thursday & Saturday of this week. Not very good this week; as a matter of fact I've not done the best over the last three weeks. The first three weeks, I was very good but I again fell off the wagon. Although I've not done as well as I could have, I have maintained my 7 lb. weight loss. This week will be a better week. I will exercise at least 5 days this week including Saturday & Sunday. Wish me luck!
