So I'm finally shedding the water, I'm hoping for something nice tomorrow morning. Worked out for 2 hours today and I feel great. I'm shooting for -2,500 net calories. Sounds crazy but the winner last year did it, so why shouldn't I? I managed to do it...today...12 weeks won't be that easy.
