I have never really looked at the exercise becasue I always thought I was doing more than what is suggested in the book...but I might be wrong...today it says 35 minutes in the am and 30 minutes in the pm. Today I usually do 60 minutes spin but the kids have swimming and basketball which screws things up. I will have to workout later this evening.
