You will get to know us, LOL... I think you are doing a really good job at sticking w/ the program and your exercise is fine! You will build on that in time. I started in 04' doing only 15-20 minutes at a time (that's all I "could" do) but by 05' ... I could do up to 100 minutes w/out taking a break! Not that you HAVE to do that, I'm just saying your body will adjust. Keep us posted on your journey!! Looking forward to watching your numbers drop. =D
