Day 9 of 'Making the Cut'. The workouts are not getting easier but at least I can actually do them now...that's progress! I am eating right and staying below my max calories of 1500. When hunger hits I pop a few almonds and a few cashews. This morning I had french toast... 1 egg white, A little milk, splenda, cinnemon, nutmeg with Whole wheat bread..cinnemon and splenda sprinkled on top. That was a good carb fix but it quickly went away. Protiens and veggies seem to stick with me anf fill me up better. Today for esercise my incline went up to 12%...but I did it! 9 down 21 days to go! (only 12 more workouts!)
