Well I didn't do much during winter break and I drank a lot of booze and ate lots of sweets/shit during the first half. But I got better toward the end. I worked out maybe...twice. Still, only gained about 2 pounds. Not bad. I'm back to my routine now, so we'll see if I can lose another ten pounds by spring break, which is sometime in march. I'm hitting it hard with bodypump and bodystep every other day with zumba mixed in there a few times a week. I have 1 to 2 rest days. Wish me luck!
