That's great! I haven't measured myself yet, but I have "test" jeans and pants that I use as a gauge.
It's easy to get discouraged sometimes. But if I take an average of my weight loss since I started Atkins, I have lost 2 lbs/week. That's a healthy amount to lose and it is as much as I was losing on WW. The difference is I feel so much better on this plan.
