So after zip lining yesterday, by the way the stuff you carry around to the different sites weighs about 40 pounds. A great reminder to not put the weight back on. I headed to the gym here at the place and did a 35 minute walk/jog ad then lifted weights. I am sore today from hanging on to the zip line handles, hehe.

Today we are headed to Solvang to check it out. We will be doing a lot of walking so I am not sure if I will hit the gym today or not. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy here and since I have to do a webinar we plan to hang out around here anyway, so I will be heading down to the gym for sure. It's a nice little one with weights, 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a stationary bike, a weight bench. It even has a scale, i suppose someone might want to weigh in on vacation.
