My unofficial weight this morning is 99.9kg.
I'm 0.5kg heavier than last week's official weigh-in but that is because I did a double fast day and weighed on Friday morning last week and my biceps are sore so possible water retention from the bicep curls.
Don't think I will do a double fast day today. I only slept at 3:30am and got up at 6am. Lack of sleep leads to bigger hunger so maybe I'll just keep it to around 2000 calories and weigh again on Saturday morning.
