49days on Atkins I went to my ex-dietician.I am saying EX cause I am not following her diet anymore.But I still went there to see my body fat%.After taking all measurements it came out that since starting atkins on 11th december- 1.My body fat reduced by 2.4% 2.I lost 2.7 inches from hip 3.I lost 2.5 inches from waist 4.I lost 2kilograms of pure fat(among my total 8.7kilogram of weight loss).It indicates that now I am not losing water anymore but losing fat cause I dont have anymore water to lose. She was happy and was asking whether I am following her diet accordingly.I smiled and said,I eat vegetables and lean protein and sometimes nuts and seeds and little of dairy.I didnt tell her that its Atkins,I kept this little secret to myself,cause she wont appreciate it anyway.I felt happy and proud of my achievements.May be they are not fast like for others.But it is clear now that I am losing FAT,not only water or muscle mass and also losing inches and coming into shape.I wish I could break my 28days stall and start losing again.I know I will break it soon.I am sticking to the rules and increased calories.It feels good to see results of hard work.And I feel really happy.
