48days on Atkins A sad and irritating day ended in a better way.It was father's birthday.So there was a cake and other food.And none told me anything more about marriage.I was strong enough not to eat anything which is not Atkin friendly.Finally I ended eating around 1600 kcal.I entred the food accurately to the food log here.Weight stays the same till today.Only God knows when I will be able to break the stall.But I know that tomorrow will be better,better and better than today.
